All of these communites offer waterfront homes with deeded dockage to accomodate anything from a 12ft skiff to a 90 ft yacht  behind or in front of the property. Some with fixed bridges but most with no fixed bridges. In addition, a number of these neighborhoods are in gated communities with 24hr guard gated entrance.
